Description: Kuchera Engineering is seeking an Electrical Engineer with a background in Circuit Board and Cable Harness design to support new product development and existing redesign of various electrical/electronic systems currently under development. This engineer shall possess a strong working knowledge of analog and digital circuitry, Radio Frequency (RF), EMI testing, and harness layout/ fabrication fixture designs. As a member of the technical staff, the electrical engineer shall be responsible for the design of new electronic products. This includes specification reviews, development of program timelines and reports, design reviews and associated materials, electrical/ electronic design, design documentation packages, preproduction and production build oversight. This engineer will also be responsible for supporting some mature electronic products currently in production. This position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 5+ years of experience. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Candidate must be a US Citizen, hold a secret level security clearance or have the ability to obtain a clearance for this position.

Description: Kuchera Engineering is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a background in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assist with the development of air and ground systems components and system designs for both IR&D product development and our DoD customers. The candidate shall develop finite element models of aviation and other systems components/assemblies and perform analyses using ANSYS, ALGOR, and/ or Pro/ Mechanica. Specific job responsibilities may include performing static, fatigue, damage tolerance stress analyses and thermal analyses. The candidate shall be capable of interpreting analysis results for design adequacy or modification recommendations. In addition, the candidate shall work closely with our client structural engineers, understand the format required to present the results and write technical reports that document the integrity of the components, systems and subsystems. As a minimum the candidate must have a BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 5 years of direct related experience with developing finite element models and performing analysis using ANSYS, ALGOR, and/ or Pro/Mechanica. Candidate must be a US Citizen, hold a secret level security clearance or have the ability to obtain a clearance for this position.
